  Good experience with this company
I booked an airport pick up on line. Evening flight to Bordeaux was inevitably an hour and a half late but driver was there as promised, with a very comfortable car. Driver was polite and courteous always. I would certainly book again based on this experience

  An Exceptional Experience
Catherine is an amazing tour guide through the Bordeaux wine region. The luxury car for the tour is very comfortable and Catherine had some local snacks and information about the wine and classification for us to consume on the way. After finding out how interested in viticulture we were Catherine organised for us to meet with the technical director at chateau Fonplegade and we were able to spend extra time in the vineyards. Each chateau we visited was unique with different wine styles but all exceptional quality. We stopped at a beautiful restaurant called 'The Garden' which was nestled in some beautiful french countryside and the service and food was excellent. On the way home we visited Saint Emilion and the town is amazingly beautiful. This was an absolute highlight of our trip and we would highly recommend anyone doing this tour.

  Great day of learning and tasting
Wonderful, personal experienceWe were looking for a comfortable, personal experience rather than a large group tour. Catherine's communication was great and helpful, and that got the day off to a good start. As we drove to St. Emilion, Catherine gave us detailed information about the region and wine classifications. The tour included 3 wineries, where Bacchus has long-term relationships, as well as a go around the town and lunch. We were warmly welcomed and our needs were accommodated graciously.

  Amazing experience
Very professional, informative tour with wine tasting and lunch at a wonderful restaurant surrounded by the vineyards. Clean new and well air conditioned van driver very professional and careful as a driver but also an amazing and enthusiastic guide!

  Affordable luxury
We needed a ride from the Bordeaux dock to the airport after we finished our river cruise. The cruise line charged $90/person for their shuttle bus. Instead we spent $55 euro for both of us to enjoy a BMW 7 series private car. Our driver was waiting for us right off the dock. Highly recommend!

  Not what I was expecting, but turned out fantastically
If you're looking for a wine tour with a true wine expert and long-time part of the industry, look no further. The afternoon we spent with Benoit was incredible, and I learned more about French wine and St Emilion than I thought could be possible. He went out of his way to explain things, and made sure we weren't being overwhelmed or bothered by his passion for wine. Once he found out what we liked, he actually went out of his way to take us to one of his favorite Chateau's and had the owner (his friend) meet us for a private tasting. It was incredible and one of the highlights to my trip. That said, be advised that the itinerary listed is NOT what they set up for you. I would encourage the company to update that, as I signed up really wanting to go to Canon and Beauregard. Instead we went to Chateau Franc Mayne, Chateau La Dominique, and Chateau Ambe Tour Pourret. It was great to see the variety of these different chateaus, but they weren't what I had hoped to see while visiting Bordeaux. That said, being able to see St Emilion and have Benoit (who had made wine for 20+ years for one of the Chateaus) explain everything was definitely worth it. The last visit to Chateau le Chatelet was something I don't think we could have ever experienced otherwise either.
