  Excellent tour - recommended Fantastic private tour. Hugo collected us from our hotel in a very comfortable car and provided plenty of water. We were driven around the outskirts of St Emilion where Hugo gave us a great insight into the many chateaux of the area and their owners and history. We then visited the village of St Emilion where Hugo gave us a very informative and enjoyable tour followed by lunch in a recommended restaurant. We visited three chateaux throughout the day, each providing us with a different guide and tastings. Hugo’s knowledge of the area, its history and its wines is extremely broad and we had a fascinating and fun day. Would thoroughly recommend!

  Hugo is fantastic! Hugo was great for our day trip in Bordeaux. On time, excellent driver, nice BMW 750. Helped set up tasting appointments. Speaks English. Highly recommended!

  Once in a lifetime tour of Bordeaux. Every detail attended to. I booked a 2 day package with Catherine and Hugo and it was amazing! We spent one day on left bank and one on the right and they took care of every detail. Lunches were incredible and the schedule was well paced. Do not hesitate to book with them if you are traveling to Bordeaux.

  Tour of the Cognac Region Catherine provided us with a fabulous tour of the Cognac region during our short visit to Bordeaux. Her knowledge of the history of the area, along with her insights into the wine and cognac areas, made the trip magical. She also provided us with some thoughtful gifts to welcome us to her city. I would strongly recommend Bacchus Tours if you are in the Bordeaux or Cognac area, and want to learn more about the region and its products.

  Hugo, Hugo, Hugo If you are looking for a driver, city tour or wine tasting or all three, Hugo and his team are amazing. Hugo picked us up from a boat in southern Bordeaux - he was timely, courteous and helpful at all times. His vehicle and presentation make you feel like a VIP. We visited four wineries and received an incredible walking tour of Saint Emilion. I cannot recommend Hugo enough.

  Private tour for 6! Hugo and Catherine are an amazing duo! The 6 of us were on a cruise so we had limited time in Bordeaux left bank region. They planned one winery in the late morning, lunch, and two wineries in the afternoon before taking us back to the ship. Their selections were fantastic! I highly recommend them if you want a private Bordeaux wine tasting experience, thank you!!!!

  Great wine tour Catherine was wonderful and accommodating! We enjoyed the tour she arranged for us very much! We got to try a few vineyards and experiences were all great! No complains and totally worth the price!

  Great day of learning and tasting Wonderful, personal experienceWe were looking for a comfortable, personal experience rather than a large group tour. Catherine's communication was great and helpful, and that got the day off to a good start. As we drove to St. Emilion, Catherine gave us detailed information about the region and wine classifications. The tour included 3 wineries, where Bacchus has long-term relationships, as well as a go around the town and lunch. We were warmly welcomed and our needs were accommodated graciously.
