  Great day out in St Emilion

  Lovely time in a charming town
We had a lovely day with Hugo as our guide. Exploring the Chateau Fonplegade was not only educational but stunningly beautiful and ending with the charcuterie and wine pairing was icing on the cake. Hugo was informative and accomodating.

  Perfect Private Tour St. Emillion
This tour couldn’t have been more perfect! We were a group of 7 people (friends & family), all the way from the Philippines. When I came across Bacchus Tours on the internet, I emailed Catherine with some questions and she responded very quickly and we finalized our itinerary soon after. Our guide Benoit, was excellent, very knowledgeable and most importantly kind and gracious. He was the perfect guide. We couldn’t have asked for more. The visits to the châteaus were well planned and our lunch reservation at St. Emillion was arranged by Catherine as well. Look no further for possible tour options. Bacchus Tours delivers beyond expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

  Excellent Pick-up at the Airport
Hugo did an excellent job, picking me up directly at the airport exit. He was exactly on time late in the evening and it was only a few steps to the very comfortable limousine. He exceeded all expectations.

  2 great tours in Medoc & Saint-Emillion region
During our trip in France we spend some days in Bordeaux. I booked for 2 days a small group tour with Aquitaine Limousine/ Bacchus Tours. Both tours were excellent. The first day we went to the Médoc wine region with Hugo. We got a lot of information during the drive. We visited 3 different château including one very small. Every stop included tastings and someone from the the château told us all about it. We had some extra time before lunch so we also got to see Château Margaux from the outside. The second day we went with Catherine to the Saint-Emillion region and visited again 3 château. Just like day 1 it gives a lot of opportunity to taste the differences between them. We also had a walk through Saint-Emillion where Catherine treated us to Macarons de Saint-Émilion from Nadia Fermigier. We als visited Le Cloître des Cordeliers where we tasted some different Crémant de Bordeaux. Although I booked a small group tour we were the only 2 booked both days so it ended up being a private tour. The electric minivan was extremely comfortable. Lunch was on both days good and in local restaurants.

  Unforgettable Day in Saint-Emilion
After contacting Aquitaine Limousine, I immediately had a response from Charlotte with a proposal for a private tour for our group. This was our first trip to the Bordeaux region, so having guidance took all of the stress out of planning. Our guide Benoit greeted us promptly at our designated time with a special surprise of “canelés”, a local treat. In addition to a really neat story of the history behind this delicious dessert. Not only did Benoit take us around safely for the day, he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, having been in the wine business himself for 25 years. He kindly assisted us to each tours and a lovely lunch that was also arranged for us by Charlotte. Benoit was a pleasure to talk with and we were happy to enlist in his helpful translation during lunch and along the way. He made sure to have the van waiting and cooled upon the ending of each tour and had cold waters waiting every single time. And we couldn't have been more grateful due to the weather reaching 104 degrees that day! The entire day was fantastic, it actually exceeded all of our expectations! I would highly recommend working with Aquitaine Limousine and we hope to return for another trip some day soon! A huge thanks to Charlotte for arranging three fantastic and very different tours and tastings, and to Benoit for taking such wonderful care of us! 10 out of 10!!!!!!!
